Accessing mobile statements. Follow the steps below to access your statements: Log on to Online Banking. Log on. Posting Date This shows the date on which transaction was posted to your card account.
Transaction Date This shows the date of transaction, that is, the date on which the download or cash advance was made. Transaction Details This section provides details of all payments, downloads, cash advances, and credits made during the statement period.
Amount This lists the transaction amount against each payment, download, cash advance or credit. Amount Summary This section summarizes your account activity for this statement period.
It details the opening balance of this statement, any payments made and debits during the statement period. If payment has not been made, this amount is due immediately on receipt of statement.
Credit Limit This is the limit for your credit card account and covers both the primary card and any additional cards. Cash Advance Limit This is the limit to withdraw cash from your credit card every month.
Total Minimum Payment Due This signifies the total minimum amount due in this statement. Interest Charges on Cash Advance A finance charge as stated will be levied on cash advances from the date the cash advance is posted to the Card Account until it is fully paid.
Can I revert back to paper statements? You may walk into any HSBC branch or contact our Contact Centre at the following numbers if you wish to revert to paper statements.

If you wish to do so, please make your selection at least 7 days before your next statement date otherwise your request cannot be processed on time and your Email Statement will be sent as usual to your email address.
I am receiving my credit card statements on Personal Internet Banking today but would prefer to receive them via my Email, how can I do this? Currently the two available options are for you to continue receiving your statements electronically via your Personal Internet Banking or revert back to paper statement refer to Question 9.
